Gwel Y Fenai, Caernarfon
Maybrook Group is currently developing the former Ferodo site and Plas Brereton site on the outskirts of Caernarfon. The newly named Gwel y Fenai sites will create 2 large commercial units, with the remainder of the Site and the Plas Brereton sites being developed as a high-end leisure resort for private residents.
The leisure hub has been designed to be a perfect fit for customers within the Landal, GreenParks and Hoseasons brands. Maybrook owns both sites, and is committed to the development of luxury and sustainable tourism in North Wales.
Parc Britannia, North Wales

East Quarry, Appley Bridge
Maybrook Group is due to commence dewatering of the East Quarry in Appley Bridge, which has become a hotspot for antisocial and illegal behaviour. By removing the water, Maybrook are removing the risk. Once emptied Maybrook hope to deliver their aspirations for creating a focal point to this beautiful village.
West Quarry, Appley Bridge
This landfill site has been neglected for many years Since taking ownership Maybrook have started to undertake essential maintenance works to ensure that the land can be returned to agricultural use. The future plans for the site fall under the larger scheme which also include the Easy Quarry site.
Parbold Hill, Parbold
The revised application proposal is for essential site maintenance works. We have worked closely with the Environment Agency, who have themselves highlighted the site as requiring remedial works to ensure that it is safe and manageable. The revised proposal do just this.
